This winter smoothie recipe combines nutrient rich fruits with turmeric and ginger, making it a go-to to keep your immune system optimal!

Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c frozen mango (chopped)
  • 1 c frozen raspberries
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 grapefruit (segmented & chopped)
  • 1/2 c pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 c grapefruit juice
  • 2 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Add the grapefruit, mango, raspberries and (3) juices to a blender and blend for 15 seconds.
  • Add the ginger, turmeric and cayenne pepper to the blender. Blend for 5 seconds more.
  • Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
