Winter Smoothie Recipe

This winter smoothie recipe combines nutrient rich fruits with turmeric and ginger, making it a go-to to keep your immune system optimal!

- 1 c frozen mango (chopped)
- 1 c frozen raspberries
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 grapefruit (segmented & chopped)
- 1/2 c pomegranate juice
- 3/4 c grapefruit juice
- 2 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
Add the grapefruit, mango, raspberries and (3) juices to a blender and blend for 15 seconds.
Add the ginger, turmeric and cayenne pepper to the blender. Blend for 5 seconds more.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
